1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- Opened or used seed kits
- Digital/downloadable products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
We’ll provide return instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
- Approve or reject the refund within 5–7 business days
- If approved, refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Send photos of the damage or wrong item
- We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time to process
- If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@arkseedkits.com
